A mid 1970s picture postcard three parts of socialist-era Sulecin, Poland.
The modern fountain in the centre of the small town of Sulecin. In the background can be seen some of the remaining German-era buildings and an attractive mural recently painted on a soviet era block of flats to brighten it up. Sulecin is home to a large number of interesting cycle routes financed by the European Union (EU), which help make the Sulecin area an ideal location for a cycling or outdoor recreation holiday. The area also has extensive forests and a number of very attractive lakes, the best of which are located in and around the picturesque small towns of Lubniewice and Lagow.
